Girls are Good

OK this may be a bit of a rant.
I have been following the blog rants from Momyland and perhaps it is giving me a renewed desire to rant. (Thank you by the way)
So fair warning to leave now if you just don't want to hear about it.

I have always held a quiet contempt for those women.
You know those women who say things like:

"I just never get along with women"
"I have always had more guy friends then women friends"
"Women are so hard to get along with"
"Women make everything so complicated"
"I don't like working with women- they gossip so much more than men" (NOT TRUE)

Usually "these" women say the aforementioned statements when surrounded by men. Not surprisingly they get a vigorous affirmation of head shaking in agreement. Well GREAT! Now we can all sit around together and discuss how much we hate women. FUN!

I know you have all seen this adorable little cartoon.

The truth is girls are not evil they are sweet. Or at least they start out sweet until they realize boys will like them more if they join the women hatters club.
They want friends, they want to share and they like making people happy.
Like this: Last week at daycare my daughter opened her locker to find this. A note from her "friend" ( AKA- older girl who my daughter worships ) named Kayla. Kayla and Audrey are both "dress-up" girls. They LOVE to play princess. Well Kayla is 2 years older than Audrey and lucky us we have been the benefactors of several totes of Kayla's hand-me downs. Her mother has told me how hard this is for Kayla. She does not like to part with her things. (Who does??) But at the right time, and in the right manner - The manner of HER choosing makes all the difference in the world. And I have to say she is dead on with this one. Who would not want to receive something like this.

Note reads: To Audrey From Kayla - With a big heart. The dress is an adorable pink princess dress. Audrey LOVED it. Kayla did this with out her mothers knowledge.
Yep girls are GOOD.

That frustrates me too. My wife is really good at avoiding "those women." When she gets the "I have more guy friends" vibe, she just writes that woman off. I was really sad to see this phenomenon when I taught high school too. I did a little unit about feminist lit, and we had a lot of gender discussion. Most of the girls (or maybe the most outspoken among them) were real woman-bashers. Tragic. I realize that my post about my anxiety in joining a dad group may seem a little like I'm the pot calling the kettle black, but I really do love my guy friends and have as many good male friends as females.

well, that depends on the situation. Not all women are like that . A lot of women are more busy engross at earning a living for family.
Women heals pains, encourages someone feeling so down and frustrated with life.
In every mans success is a woman.
A woman plays a very important role in a family . Very important women in our life is our mother, grandmother, aunts .
