(This is where I put out to my MASSIVE readership- ha!)
Go forth and request organic plants from your local greenhouses.
I called all around my local area and many gardeners said - "Yeah that would be quite the business to get into!- I can't think of a single place that carries organic started plants."
As a result most of what I planted had to be planted from seed.
Since I live in Minnesnowta I am predicting it will be a challenge for me to get much of a crop.
I did cave and purchase plants from a local greenhouse that uses "Best Practices" Whatever that means. I am thinking I better get one of those little indoor greenhouses for next year. Well that is my rant for today. Here are the photos.
These show the planters we got to put in front of the garden to be able to add some color. I can not believe how HUGE these flowers are.
This is the assortment of herbs. Random flowers and a few veggies.
